It was nice to have an onsen bath in our room but the room was a little smaller than expected.
The food at the restaurant was only a little better than average for japanese hotel food.

The staff were fluent in English and communicated very well, which made everything easy and pleasant. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view. Although our room had a private onsen, I especially enjoyed visiting the public onsen—the atmosphere was completely different and very relaxing. I truly wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what the resort offers.
