Excellent, helpful, courteous staff Comfortable, spacious, cool room
I could not get some of the buttons to work above the bed that were meant to turn the lights on and off.

One night, room only; hotel was as expected for Ibis Budget/Styles. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, food (bar order) was good. Ambience is nice in the lobby/bar/breakfast area, I think it's 'Ibis Styles' downstairs, with some 'Budget' rooms within the hotel. All in all, happy with my stay, got what I expected.

You get what you pay for, bed, shower, good location.
The man behind the bar on the evening of Saturday 01/08, the young blonde girl working in the day on the 3rd and the man training a new staff member this same day were all very welcoming and deserve a pay rise
Had issues with some of the staff, we had travelled from the UK and it seemed some of the staff really just didn’t want to help us. One occasion in particular, we tried to buy a Brest souvenir on the 3rd and the brunette girl working behind the bar told us that they aren’t for sale and that “nothing works anymore” she clearly either has no idea how to do her job or just doesn’t want to help tourists, as when I tried again later in the day with a different staff member, he was more than happy to help
