The room was clean and nice and the location perfect!
The room didn’t have a window which wasn’t pleasant at all. But we stayed one night so it was fine.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Angelos made us feel at home and gave us great recommendations for exploring Tinos. We would happily come back!

Location was central. However, directions and signage could be improved. There are no street signs on the building corners, so it is difficult to find without help. Had to stop three times for help before someone finally called the host for us. He came right away. Why could he not have met us at the ferry? I had notified him of arrival time, which ferry, and requested directions. Even if this had not happened, there was no way to get access to our room without help from him. He needs to be more proactive with his guests.
Host was very kind and cheerful when we had questions or problems. Responded quickly. But, no onsite host/ manager/ reception.
Dated. Could use a refresh of bedding. Especially the “sofa”bed. The pictures on the website do not accurately represent the room.
LOUD next door neighbor, yelling for hours on end. It’s a good thing we are early risers.
Bathroom was tiny. I doubt that could be fixed. It was impossible to close the door. Cramped. Shower space was ok.
Outdoor space on stairway could be cleaner.
Balcony is more for appearance. I wouldn’t dare sit there. Too tiny and not sure how safe.
The price was high for the value of the room. It was
presented, I thought, as a boutique style small hotel. It was more like an overpriced Air B&B. It needs updating( not worn and faded) attention to property overall.
