A good location and super cute cat and dog. The included breakfast was also good.
The room was quite small, not much room for luggage etc.

Very helpful staff - helped us with selecting tours. It‘s also close to the downtown area. Good breakfast.

Location excellent close to public bus stop convenient for going to the cloud forest. Close to markets and restaurants.
Our room was supposed to include a private balcony or terrace, but we were told this was a mistake on booking.com’s website and so not given to us. The website also says there is a shared kitchen, but not true. There was no tea/coffee maker or electrical kettle provided either in the room or in common area, and their breakfast only starts at 7 am, so if you need your morning cuppa, this is not the place for you. Also breakfast timing (7-9) inconvenient if you want to head out early for hiking after breakfast. Limited breakfast options. Room not cleaned daily as indicated in booking.
