Alles! Vooral het eten op de kamer was geweldig.
Misschien kan de badkamer een keer aangepakt worden die was verouderd.

Fabulous Onsen both private and public. Amazing meals which showed off the local ingredients. Attentive staff.
Meals were served in our room so we felt a little isolated. Would have been better if they were served in restaurant area.

スタッフが感じよかった。
部屋のふろがいまいちだった。まず、前泊者の女性用下着が干してあった。清掃スタッフは気が付かなかったのだろうか。風呂の上部がカビなどで汚れていた。次に、枕カバーが擦り切れて穴が空いていた。ベッドメイクしたスタッフは気が付かなかったのだろうか。
第三に、早めにチェックインできたらと思っていたところ、フロントで女性の係に冷たく拒否された。15時が正式なチェックインの時間だとは理解できたが、言い方がいかにも冷たいものだった。
