The attentive and helpful staff is always a bonus. They were great.
The location was quiet and the views outstanding, just sitting on the terrace.
breakfast was basic but ingredients were deliciuos and tasty. Nothing else was needed. Only more coffee!
A minor issue. The coffeemaker (Nestle) in the room was handy, but freshly ground coffee for breakfast would have been great.
Given the location (Elqui Valley), Misterios del Elqui did great for us.

The pool was amazing as were the grounds, gardens and views.
The room was too small for four adults. The bedding had yellow stains. The main disappointment was that no facilities, except the pool, were open (the observatory, restaurant and bar were all closed) despite being advertised as open.
