Excelente atención del personal. Nuestro guía Derly muy amable y atento. Excelente ubicación a unos pasos del río y cascada
Internet intermitente y con fichas con poca duración pero es entendible por la ubicación

The sound of the river and all the nature around the property is simply stunning. We loved the fact that you can bathe in the river bank, much appreciated with such heat 🥵. We also appreciated that there was good food and service at the restaurant. Another plus is that they take credit cards: they strip you out of cash in the area, EVERYONE demands cash, but there isn't a single ATM anywhere near.
The fans in the room were way too noisy. If you turn them off it's impossible to sleep because of the heat. It'd be nice if someone took on responsibility to fix the road leading to and from Las Nubes.
