The location is perfect, even I got bitten by mosquitoes! Big rooms, and good breakfast! A lady in the restaurant was enormously nice, I appreciate it so much!
Malfunctioning refrigerator, unprofessional receptionists—please try to not mock at each other's English in front of the customers, they were trying at least—and lack of communication.

We had a nice apartment with two rooms which was perfect for the three of us.
Pretty lake views from the breakfast area and the city centre is only a walking distance of 20mins away.
There is also a good restaurant (Katamaran) and boat tours directly next to the hotel.
The breakfast situation was a bit misleading...we thought it was included in the price, but we had to pay extra.
So better check all details carefully before/after your booking, otherwise the price is a little bit higher as expected ;-)
