Calidad-precio, 0 recomendable.

Me gustaron las instalaciones comunes de la piscina, pero no estaban ni en el mismo edificio donde yo me hospedaba, tuve que coger el coche para ir a bañarme y volver.

La habitación doble con baño privado como lo llaman ellos, es una buhardilla donde tienes que dejar las maletas agachado porque te das con el techo en la cabeza. Además, la cama de matrimonio (de 135cm) muy muy incomoda en medio de dos paredes que ni encajaba… pagamos 170€ aprox /la noche y nos hundíamos hacia el medio cuando dos personas delgadas nos estirábamos allí. Reservamos un apartamento con una habitación doble con baño privado, y resulta que tienen apartamentos con y sin cocina. Hicimos toda la compra del supermercado pensando que al llegar nos podríamos cocinar y la habitación era más pequeña que el baño de mi casa, en una buhardilla 3er piso sin ascensor, subiendo todas las maletas a cuestas y dentro de la habitación agachados en algunas partes. Pedimos el reembolso para irnos de allí y me lo negaron. Ellos tenían una confirmación en pdf que ponía “habitación doble con baño sin cocina” y yo en mi reserva tenía “apartamento habitación doble con baño”… En ningún momento hicieron el gesto de intentar cambiarnos de apartamento o habitación, aun sabiendo que íbamos con un perro y nosotros viendo que tenían otros apartamentos cerrados sin usar. Si que nos ofrecieron otro apartamento, pagando la diferencia que era de 800€ más por 3 noches… cuando ya habíamos pagado 500€ por tres dias… (con esta diferencia abismal de precio me voy a restaurantes buenos cada dia a cenar y no necesito cocina para cocinarme). Nos quedamos porque no tuvimos otra y ya estaba pagado pero la expeciencia desastrosa. No volveremos.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The rooms was wonderful and ideal for our family. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and there were lots of options. The amenities were outstanding and our entire family had a great time. Will be back!

Great apartment, great location, great host, easy to reach, perfect for Ski holidays.

In front of the Ski bus, great sauna in the building, super clean. The Owner gave us extra towels when we asked.

It’s a bit expensive. We were 6, two of us sleeping on a (comfortable) sofa in the leaving/eating room. All comfortable and easy, but expensive considering the set up.
