Located new the entrance to Kameniak. We used to go there eveyday by car, but nearest beach is in 10 minutes walk from villa. Also 10 minutes walk to the center of Prematura.
The appartments on the 3rd floor were spacious, would easily fit even 6 people so were perfect for us three. (mind there is no lift)
The kitchen has everything you need to cook or warm up the dishes.
The pool is great but we used it only on first day when had late check-in.
Reception is available only in the morning first part of the day but you could easily self-checking.
Parking: 4 places on top and 6 underground. We used the underground parking, - the gates are tight but in general no problem for a crossover or even a minibus. - and definitely that's a great option to to overheat your car during the day!
Airconditioning is working perfectly.
We were pretty satisfied with the stay, thank you!
It's not a hotel-like service (which is expected). We were a liitle bit confused about a point in rules list that we have to sweep/wash the floor before leaving. In reality you need just to keep it not messy and you're ok. You also need to deal with your garbage on your own (throw it in the baskets near the entrance on the street.
No cleaning during our 5 nights stay though...
No soap/shampoo in bathrooms
Only 1 or 2 dishwasher tablet were there but probably you could ask for more if needed.
washing machine is very useful but we were using own detergents.

Top Lage direkt am Eingang von Kap Kamenjak, große Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern mit WC große Wohnküche und eigener Garten mit Grill. Jedes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Die Ausstattung an Kochgeschirr könnte besser sein (ein Deckel für mehrere Töpfe)

Appartamento comodissimo con 3 bagni e 3 camere, posizione super all’ingresso del parco naturale. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, appartamento pulito. La cassettina di sicurezza si era bloccata e il personale è stato super veloce e disponibile ad arrivare subito a sbloccarla.
L’acqua della doccia non era caldissima in due dei tre bagni
