Our stay was okay despite the issues and we would probably stay here again.

Location was good. The apartment was fairly roomy. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. Having the washing machine and fridge was useful. Concierges were always friendly and helpful. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast times were friendly and happy to assist when needed. Tea, coffee, sugar, creamer and water were replenished frequently (bottled water will no longer be supplied in 2024). The 24-hour NTUC supermarket downstairs was very handy and there are quite a few eateries quite close by.

Buffet breakfasts could have been a little more varied. Nothing special was done for Christmas day morning menu-wise. Temperature in the hallways and rooms was too cold (and unable to be adjusted in the room other than by turning off the aircon entirely). Only two sets of kitchenware (plates, cups, knives, forks, pots, etc.), were supplied which made cooking or having guests visit impractical (so we did neither). Chairs in the dining room were too heavy and awkward to move without making a lot of noise (we moved the rug from the bedroom to put under them to stop any scraping noises if we moved the chairs). We had several days of incessant scraping at all hours from furniture being moved in the room above and made a complaint to the front desk about it. It was difficult to get into and out of the bath in order to have a shower each day - this could cause an accident (fall). No exhaust fan was present in the bathroom and there was no way of filling the wash basin as the plug was not designed to close. The rugs were not vacuumed during our entire stay (17 days), although the floors were mopped.

Really enjoyed my stay here very much and would recommend this place to others.

There were plenty of places to eat and lots of food choices close by in walking distance. Supermarket and Pharmacy was extremely close by, location was excellent. The room was very nice and clean, and it had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and very suitable for a family of 4. I really enjoyed the stay here.

Only an outdoor pool, would have been nice to have an indoor pool and spa options, but we did not get alot of time to use the facilities anyway.

Good stay near Orchard Rd

We liked the renovated rooms, friendly staff and location. The breakfast was solid and the pool was good fun too.

The fridge in our room made a noise throughout the day and housekeeping didn't always replenish all the amenities during a clean. The breakfast offerings were sometimes a bit cold (suggest keeping lids on) and the price of the accommodation is very high compared to alternates.

Nice property. Good central location. Close orchard road.

Good location. Small serviced apartments are always better when travelling with a toddler. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a walk in closet also that accommodated a lot of our stuff. Cleaning was done everyday except weekend but they still provided towels and water on weekend. They were very hospitable and provided us lot of water bottles.

Enjoyed Singapore and liked the location of hotel to Orchard Rd.

Apartment was spacious and clean. The Included breakfast was always great and they alternated the dishes so something different each morning.

Two bathrooms with toilets but only one hand washing soap dispenser. When we asked for a second we were told ‘no’. Had to put liquid soap in a saucer in second bathroom. Not good enough.

Good location, but the room are not so good.

we were happy about location

Uff... No room service on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast is the same every day and not mix of everything, poor breakfast. In Malaysia was much better for much much less money. From the corridor is coming sound and lights, because the door leaf is too short or the door does not have a threshold that would prevent everything.

Perfect for a business trip or budget-conscious visit to Singapore

Large spacious apartments that are quiet, comfortable and well-equipped (including a washing machine but no washing powder). There is a 24 hour reception and hence it is easy to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out (unlike with an Airbnb). The location is a short walk from Somerset MRT, the shops of Orchard Road, a supermarket and restaurants. Orchard Grant Court does not offer the extras one might look for on a holiday (bar, restaurant, spacious communal area, etc.) but is perfect for a business trip or budget-conscious visit to Singapore.

The location and the behavior of support staff Mr. Malik.

The front desk staff were not supportive enough. We were assigned a room that smelled damp, had noises coming from the fridge, had broken window blinds and was without a window side seat. We requested them to put us in another room but none of them seemed to be bothered. Especially the two young Indian ladies seemed pretty uncooperative. This time the rates were extremely high and our stay was not at all pleasant like it was last year.

Absolute nightmare

The trick is: good pictures on Booking.com, (but absolutely not honest pictures!), and a non-refundable fee on the total amount of the duration your stay - the reservation can’t be cancelled even if you don’t like what you see when you get there. Once you get to this place and see what you put yourself to, it’s too late, you need to pay the entire stay as is non-refundable/non-changeable (I booked via Booking.com). Unfortunately we had to endure our stay at Orchard “Grand Court” as we could not afford booking another hotel, spending again such a huge amount (2950,€ ). Towels are falling apart and stained, the smell in the air is of oily food, the bathroom is outdated and absolutely dirty, black fungus basically everywhere in the shower area and behind water tap, stained and cracked walls, it definitely needs fresh paint, even better, a whole make-over in order to make up for the price they ask and what they offer. This place should be asking for 1/4 of the price, as they’re billing the same as good hotel chains but can’t offer the minimum comfort and cleanliness!! For the same amount, you can stay at a way better places in Singapore! Don’t waste your money coming here. Overall is just a “hotel / serviced apartment” that doesn’t deserve one star. Even the pillows can’t be saved: place your head in the pillow to touch the mattress, you’d need to fold the pillow in two or to get a few of them in order to support the weight of your head a few centimeters up. Everything here is from the worse quality ever. Unfortunately, my daughter and I had to endure a 14 night stay at this place; I contacted Booking.com via phone and emails for several days and they didn’t come up with a solution. I’d be very happy to have moved hotels or to get a refund from the remaining of the nights so I could still try to save a few days of my holidays. That didn’t happen. Booking.com just spent my time on emails up and down, but offered absolutely no solution.

Good value for money with good facilities and great location.

Well stocked gym, great pool, washer/dryer in room, top location near Orchard Road shops and MRT subway. Very good western cafe across the road with good coffee. Great supermarket right underneath the hotel and a pharmacy as well. Hotel staff will organise taxis for you.

Exceptional

The apartment suite was very spacious and comfortable. The place had plenty of cabinets and the washrooms were sparkling clean.

There weren't enough utensils in the kitchen. There was no bread toaster .

Overall I would recommend this place seen they offered complimentary breakfast and close to mall.

The location of the property was great in walking distance from Orchard Road, train station. Breakfast was great to plenty to choose from. Room was fully adequate great for a family of four. Beds were comfy just could have done with an extra blanket to go with the extra pillows.

The room we had was very noisy as we were above the air conditioning units and the loud hum made it had to sleep. In the side street walking to the back of the building to the entrance you had to walk past men all lined up sitting on the side walk smoking away which was not very clean and the side walks to the building had litter on the street. I thought Singapore was meant to be a very clean country.
