La terraza es lejos la mejor atracción...Con una vista maravillosa...Y su ubicación también... El personal exelente..Es como estar en un Apart Hotel..El desayuno maravilloso...

Que por todo facturan demaciado...Podría ser un poco más económico. El desayuno debiera ser incluido en el precio por noche... Que no es nada de barato.

Great place for Singapore visit. Would stay again.

The location is great for exploring Singapore. Staff all were friendly and accommodating. The pool is great and the view from the pool deck outstanding.

The bed was surprisingly hard. Minor inconvenience: since the main lobby of the hotel is on the 10th floor, have to take two elevators to get to street level.

Wonderful City Stay

There are many things to love here. The location is great for exploring the city and getting everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, even helping me find a dental clinic nearby when I was faced with a dental emergency. They granted both early check in and check out to meet my flight times. The breakfast buffet was lovely and plentiful. The pool and view were wonderful and I wish I had more time to enjoy them. Finally, the Club Suite room with the included snack buffet and free drinks from 5:30-7:30 in the Club Lounge was awesome. It was the perfect way to kick start our evenings on the town.

Everything was good. The room was a little small, but I was not in it for very long.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again with room issues for family of 4.

Great location, water filter for drinking was great and breakfast was yum.

Need to clarify between booking.com And hotel about rooms for family of 4. As hotel Says an 11 year old should be sleeping in king bed with parents not In seperate bed. Not acceptable.

Comfortable and relaxing Singapore stay

Great location in a 4 star hotel

Location was perfect. Bed very comfortable. The room was tight when we had a rollaway bed installed.

One guest was gluten free and the breakfast had very little for her to eat. Pool staff were very slow with drinks. Drinks very expensive compared to other hotels. Didn’t like that our bathroom was a shower inside a bath.

Location Location Location

Location was great in the heart of Somerset atop of the MRT, The hotel is modern and comfortable we paid extra for a club room which entitled us to breakfast, all day access for tea coffee and soft drinks and evening drinks and a light snacks. The room was small but modern with a King bed, bathroom also small but well designed and adequate. The view was to die for from our window and the rooftop pool. We dined in the restaurant one night and we were attended to wonderfully and the food was amazing.

As stated above, we paid extra for a club room and have done so in other hotels in Singapore previously to have access to a quiet lounge with some comforts as described above. What we were unaware of is that for a daily fee anyone can access this area and some guests made it the dining and drinking venue arriving before the evening drinks taking up all available seating, the room was loud and when we arrived there was no room to sit, no wine glasses, no wine and families were gorging themselves on the food that was on offer. Children were not being supervised in the lounge. This happened each night of our stay we complained but little was done to quell this phenomenon. In short we will return but we will save some money and not pay for a club room again. The location and the amenity of the building and surround are what drew us to this hotel.

Very comfortable stay. Would stay again but not in a club room.

Excellent location attached to a big shopping/ food court area and under cover MRT ( cheap rail transport). Beautiful swimming pool area.

Room was a bit dated for a club room. Lovely views from the room and from the club room. Average selection of food available in club room.

Nice hotel located in one of the best locations in the city

The hotel is right next to the mall and metro station. The breakfast is amazing because of variety of food choices. The room is clean and quiet. The staff is polite and helpful at all times.

The design of the toiler could be better especially the shower room. We have to take 2 lifts to reach our room.

location, helpful staff,comfortable room.

Lack of clear signs from Somerset MRT. first time was very confusing to find the right lift, however after trial and error we found our way. Please assess this for future travellers unfamiliar with Singapore. This is not a fault only with Hotel Jen, we found that on this visit to Singapore and especially in the new developments the signposts are all over the place, so confusing. so much so that I feel that the signs in these new developments need to be assessed and corrected, especially the train station at Changi and the Gardens by the Bay.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at the Jen Orchard!! Super comfortable rooms and beds. The delicious and extensive breakfast buffet is absolutely worth it as well. The pool is really cool and offers amazing views. We didn't get to enjoy it as much as we wanted due to thunderstorms, but you can even stay here if you have a late flight, which we had. The changing rooms have free lockers that easily fit your hand luggage and there are showers to freshen up and change before leaving for the airport. Location is perfect, right above an MRT station. Staff is really friendly. Would definitely stay here again when in Singapore.

Bedroom next to my room had baby and loud noises all night. Unable to do late check outs. Bed sheet were dirty.

Passable

During the first night, an emergency exhaust pipe from the opposite shopping centre ran for 3 hours and did not allow us to sleep due to the unbearable noice. No adequate compensation was offered by the hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location with a fantastic roof top pool.

Hotel was in a great location with MRT at basement of building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was lovely.

Room was a little small and bathroom facilities not separate from room. Over a 5 night stay, our room was cleaned every day but on one occasion no clean towels were provided. Menus at restaurants were a bit limited.

Worst hotel stay ever

Close to transport, food, orchard road, very central location

The room was dated, beds very hard, pillows almost towel thin, blanket also was as thick as a sheet only. We were originally given a higher floor but last minute another staff member snatched the card from our service agent and changed us to a lower floor and gave it to another guest - right infront of us! How rude, we are also paying customers and I don’t see any customer service in this interaction at all. One afternoon I also smelt smoking on our floor, on level 15, I think maybe one of the maintenance guys? I also noticed a lot of banging and noise, having a wander on the corridor I peeked into a couple of open doors and noticed they were doing maintenance and in fact one directly opposite my room. I also smelt turpentine in one instance. For the price, stay somewhere else. If not for the location, it will receive 0 scores. Why did I not complain at the time? I didn’t want to spoil our mood, this was a special 1 week stay with my elderly parent and I didn’t want to ruin their holiday. I would highly recommended to not stay here, much more other options at this price point in Singapore!

Superb

The rooftop and pool was great, one of the best views of the city for me. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast spread was pretty good, convenient location of orchard for shopping and restaurants was a bonus.

The room size could've been larger, hence giving it 9, not 10/10.
