The Park Avenue is a great place. Clean, modern and a great location. The rooms are huge compared to typical Singapore hotels. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms have everything you'd need. From a full size fridge freezer to a washing machine and more. The swimming pool is small but when we went, we could always get a sunbed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a small supermarket within the complex and many places to eat nearby. A short walk along the river takes you to Clark Quay with even more shops, malls and restaurants. From the Park Avenue hotel it's a short and cheap taxi ride or super cheap bus ride, to all the famous sights in Singapore. Had we stayed closer to Marina Bay as originally intended, we'd have missed so much. I recommend walking along the river to Clark Quay and also try a relaxing boat to view the sights.
We saw many turtles swimming and sunbathing during our strolls. There are otters too but we didn't get up early enough to see them.
There wasn't much to dislike, other than some noise from a building nearby under construction. But obviously that's no fault of this hotel and as we were out most of the day and they didn't work at night, it didn't matter too much.

Good facilities, large pool that was never crowded, good size rooms with kitchen facilities and washing machine with free laundry powder. Excellent location, lots of eateries within walking distance and so was the MRT which was convenient for exploring the city.

Spacious, comfortable, clean. Close to MRT station. Pool lovely & cool. Coffee available for guests in lobby. Kitchen very well equipped. Excellent house keeping.
