Monteriggioni is a small village and all accommodation are well located.
There was no communication from the host at all, i had to do a few international roaming calls to find out where to get the key, where to check in. Although we could access our room after my first call, i was told to check in after 7 pm, but not told where to check in as there was nobody at the property. At 7 pm i still had no communication and had to call again to find out where to check in. Communication could have happened via booking.com or whatsapp upfront.
