Stayed here again for the second time after this lovely hotel and its people got my travelling group and I out of a real bind last year with a very last minute room. Similar room layout this time, great bed. Very very comfortable. Some may not like this, but I like the fact that the rooms are not serviced during your stay - if you need something, just ask them. Means our privacy is respected. The reception was closed at the times I needed to speak to someone, but they were very responsive via the number on the sign on the reception door. The room was quiet despite being located on what has to be the busiest road in Nowra, so much traffic and not a very pedestrian friendly area.
The aircon in my bedroom was positioned over only one side of the bed, so I didn't get to feel any air flow. It did look like quite an old model, too. I stayed with my husband and a friend - the shower started going cold during the second person (me) having a shower. My husband went first and his showers are very short. If there is going to be more than 2 people staying in the room, the hot water heater should be able to accommodate warm showers for everyone. The water pressure left a lot to be desired. There was a lack of towels and pillows in the room as well - only a single facewasher to act as a hand towel. Again, there should be enough of these things for each person staying.

Late check-in was much appreciated.
Road noise.

Location for me was excellent as I was visiting an old friend nearby. No breakfast menu was offered. I took my own!
I booked the last room available for the night & arrived about an hour later than I expected. Someone else arrived earlier & didn't like the apartment so my room was given to them. I am older & struggle with stairs so I wasn't impressed that I didn't receive a call about it. Because of this situation, I was required to use stairs frequently instead of once on arrival & once on departure. The apartment was reasonably clean but I found items that had been left, behind doors & in cupboards. Also, where is the swimming pool pictured in the advertising for the property. It doesn't exist. There is a Public Pool about 1 or 2 km away.
