Absolutely wonderful apartment! Spacious, comfortable, beautifully equipped and extremely welcoming. You can tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and care into every little detail – everything we could possibly need was there.
Annalise was a fantastic host. She welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and gave us great tips for the area. She was always kind, helpful and quick to respond.
We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Before our arrival, she generously stocked the fridge so we wouldn’t arrive to an empty apartment, and when we left, she even prepared water and snacks for our journey.
We had a fantastic stay and felt truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay in this lovely apartment, beautifully located on the outskirts of Sarnen, with stunning views over the surrounding hills and mountains.
What made our stay especially memorable was the incredibly warm welcome from our hostess, Annalise. She greeted us on arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment, and shared excellent local recommendations, which we followed almost to the letter! From the best swimming spots in Lake Sarnen to a music festival in Lucerne that weekend, her advice greatly enriched our stay.
We were also delighted by the generous welcome food waiting for us: fresh bread, breakfast items, yogurts, jams, muesli, local cheese, and plenty of fresh fruit. Arriving after a long travel day, it was such a thoughtful touch not to have to rush out for groceries.
The apartment itself is very well equipped, with everything needed for family cooking, plus a dishwasher—an essential for us on holiday. There is also a laundry room with detergent provided, which was very convenient.
We especially enjoyed the long balcony with beautiful views, where we had breakfast each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and the three separate sleeping areas suited our family perfectly. The air conditioning in the living area was also a great bonus during the warm July days.
Sarnen proved to be an excellent base for exploring the region, with highlights including Lake Oeschinensee, the Stoos–Fronalpstock ridge, Lucerne, and Bachalpsee.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful property and would be very happy to return. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, Annalise!

The host, Annalise, was very welcoming and provided everything we needed and much more. She even stocked the apartment with groceries for our family of four! The location was excellent, and we loved having real, built-in AC rather than a portable unit.

The location for outdoors activities is excellent. The Suite was stocked with everything we have at home. Aluminum foil, BBQ spice, ice cubes in the freezer, and every item needed to prepare food. We borrowed bicycles and got superb advice on mountains to explore and trails to walk. We grilled steaks and drank adult beverages on the terrace. Parking was right outside the door and Lidl was a 5 minute walk away. We are so impressed with our four day stay. Having fresh bread, eggs, juice, and cookies awaiting us after a long drive was unique and so appreciated.
I can’t even nitpick something to write here.
