Lovely apartment with a great view

Very well furnished, everything you need to cook and barbecue. Great place for a holiday.

No wifi in property. Even though we all had it ourselves made it difficult to watch anything in streaming ie Netflix.

Great views

Beautiful view. The apartment was very well equipped with excellent kitchen facilities. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms air-conditioned. Great for families.

Amazing stay!

Really good location, everything is a short buggy ride away and being up higher u got a lovely view to Catseye Beach. Great amount of space for 3 adults and 3 kids. Issue with bedding fixed straight away. Private pool was nice and secluded. Owner so lovely to deal with, nothing was a problem. Buggy was so easy to drive and charge, was so fun. Had an amazing stay!

An extra chopping board would be great, something larger wouldbe awesome. Didn't realise how to empty the bins until the final days when we realised what the little trapdoor on the wall outside was for so maybe some instructions for that in the kitchen would be great. Would be good if the buggy had some of the plastic raincovers attached like we saw a few people had as we got rain several times and the buggy seats were soaked. Perhaps an island map could be left on the bench or in the booklet so help get your bearings as we had no clue where anything was and were initially scared to get in the buggy and drive around as didn't know how far things were and how long charge would last. Had no idea just how close everything was as we'd never been to the island before. But these are all very minor things, overall awesome!

Perfect Poinciana

The apartment was well equipped and spacious, in a central location with great views of Catseye Beach. Our host was very helpful and easy to reach. There was a lovely pool and the complementary buggy was lots of fun. Would recommend it

Highly recommend! Would stay there again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to go back! Our host Maree was outstanding and ensure everything was perfect for our stay. The property is in an ideal location and the views are stunning. The bedrooms were a great size and the option to configure beds to our needs was so helpful. A very nice spacious appartments with beautiful views of catseye beach.

This is a nice place to stay. it’s a great location, spacious, lovely views and well appointed. Maree was excellent and very helpful.

Some of the beds were a little old, bit too soft in the master. A few little things missing, remote for aircon in one room and only four forks in the drawer. Nothing major.

everything- the location, the accomodation- it was in the middle of everything

there was 6 of us staying but only 4 can fit in the buggy so 2 of us had to walk everywhere. would be nice to have a buggy that’s fits 6 or 2 buggy’s

We loved staying here, perfect for what we need & the owner was very responsive to any issues.

The airport transfer was fantastic. So handy having a buggy with the accommodation so we could get around. The location of the apartment is fantastic and wonderful views. Such a good size place for a family. The complex pool is secluded and was lovely to relax in when you want to stay away from the main pools when they are busy.

Just the furnishing felt a little dated but it didn't deter us from enjoying our stay.

Hamilton Island Getaway

Poinciana 112 is a fantastic apartment. Its location is ideal being halfway between the marina/township and the beach. The apartment is extremely comfortable, well appointed & has many little extras (pool noodles, jigsaw puzzles, novels etc) which help all members of the family to enjoy their stay. The view from the spacious balcony is exceptional and the inclusion of the use of the buggy is an added bonus. Communication with the owner Maree, was fabulous. Highly recommend to stay here!

Amazing accommodation with so many "WOW" factors. Very enjoyable stay!

The place is sensational, the view from the balcony was spectacular. The location in clean, quiet and very comfortable. The accommodation has everything you need to self cater in style and comfort.

Four seater buggy included with booking which is great, some kids beach toys, washing machine and drier with clothes line. Perfect accommodation for a family, plenty of space with air conditioning and close to everything. Maree was a fantastic host with plenty of tips of things to do and places to see.

Some things extra charge when it seemed included on the booking page such as gym.

Property was perfectly located Clean Tidy And more than enough space for our family of 6 Our host Maree was simply sensational! Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to think of things we hadn’t! A very simple phone call to advise on no rush on checkout and that we could stay till after lunch was very much appreciated and extremely thoughtful of a host toward a young family! Maree gets a 11/10 for hosting Her unit gets a 9/10 Thanks Maree!!
