I'm a returning customer. The hotel is located near the highway to Warsaw, great for a quick overnight stopover. Hotel and the rooms look nice and modern, breakfast is excellent, there's ample parking space. There's also a pool table.
Nothing wrong with the hotel. There were alpacas last time we were there... this time, no alpacas :(

Convenient for one night and right off the highway. We asked for a room in the back of the hotel so it would be quieter. No issue at all with the highway noise. The restaurant had really good dinner food! We were surprised at how delicious our dinner meals were!
The rooms were sparse but had everything one would need.

Great location for those traveling through Europe and budgeting. Good parking area. Big windows that open up all the way. Comfy mattresses. Soundproof windows (super important as it's literally next to the road). Free small waters. Only good for a short one night stay!
Pillows were way too big and thin. Walls seem to be thin, so if your room is near the relaxing area then your sleep might get disturbed. Breakfast did not have a lot of choices (ex. no pancakes). Lift only goes up one floor, older people could have problems with luggage on the stairs to the second floor. Shower water was super cold and only sometimes warm - not consistent temperature. Showering is uncomfortable also due to water getting everywhere. No good soaps for showering. No trashcan in the room (other than the one in the bathroom). One bedside lamp was broken - the switch didn't work next to the bed so I had to turn it on/off by the lamp switch & the reading one was broken! No fridge.
