Tolle Lage mitten in Znaim, gutes Frühstück und bemühtes Personal. Wir hatten ein riesiges Familienzimmer im Dachgeschoss, es war ruhig, mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Der Preis des Hotels ist für die Ausstattung zu hoch, es ist sauber, aber es sind alles nur sehr einfache Möbel, so ein schönes Haus würde eine hochwertigere Ausstattung vertragen.
Ein paar Informationen über Znaim im Zimmer könnten auch auf Deutsch oder Englisch verfügbar sein, leider alles nur auf Tschechisch.
Normalerweise kann man auf dem Patz vor dem Hotel parken (kostenpflichtig unter der Woche, gratis am Wochenende), doch bei uns war eine Baustelle und so wurden wir am Montag Morgen von der Polizei gestraft, obwohl wir tags zuvor extra die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin gefragt hatten, ob wir dort stehen dürften und sogar einen Parkzettel hatten. Ich würde mir erwarten, dass die Hotelmitarbeiter hier auf dem aktuellen Stand sind und ihre Gäste richtig informieren.

Sehr gute Kommunikation, Schlüsselsafe kein Problem, trotz Toplage am Hauptplatz in Znaim absolut ruhig, beim Frühstück alles da, was man sich wünscht. Günstige Parkplätze in max. 200 m Entfernung.

-velmi nízká manželská postel (hlavně starší lidé problém)
-velmi malý sprchový kout (objemově výraznější postavy problém)
-na booking u apartmánu uveden výhled na zajímavá místa a náměstí, my se dívali na vysokou zeď vzdálenou cca 2,5 metru
-bylo by vhodné doplnit alespoň varnou konvici

The best feature of this hotel is the location. Public parking is available in front of the hotel.
Too many stairs. When we checked in no one was available to help us with the luggage. Even the receptionist was located behind a closed door.
