Well maintained villa with a well equipped kitchenette. The staff are very friendly and gave lots of recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Parking is ample.

The service, local knowledge, premises, & facilities were excellent. A very pleasant short walk to the lake was great for morning & afternoon viewing of Mt Fuji!

Very clean and spacious with options to have conventional beds or traditional Japanese floor mattresses.
Hiro and his crew were very welcoming and accommodating and shared great insights on what activities to do within the local region

Close to the lake but very quiet, very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, super friendly and knowledgeable staff who speak English very well. We came for the fireworks festival, and were provided a detailed map with the best viewing spots.
Breakfast food truck was very convenient.
Shuttle service to the train station was also very convenient.
Gelateria Angela, a short walk from the property, serves surprisingly good real gelato.
We were secretly hoping the cats will come to visit. Alas, that didn't happen, but we still got to pet a few of them.
If you have mobility issues or tend to get up at night to use the bathroom a lot, this may be difficult, as both the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, and the stairs are pretty steep.
