Very traditional Japanese house and very good location. Easy to go to Kawaguchiko to see Mt. Fuji.
Facilities are old and without proper maintenance. Especially kitchen and bathroom.

The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a proper stay, not just sleeping. Host was very responsive and quick to help.
Sometimes it seemed like the house was barely hanging on. The door to the bath kept falling out, gas was unstable, a lot of the washi paper in the screen doors is torn, chairs were broken with screws falling out, there were cockroaches (both dead and alive).
