観光拠点として便利だった。
大人数のファミリーで楽しめた。
ホストアシスタントの対応が大変よく助かった。
施設の古さ（掃除はよくされていた）

お風呂が大きくてみんなで入れて子供達は大喜びでした
おトイレにスリッパもなく、壁などにカビやホコリがあって、3箇所のトイレがありましたがお風呂の近くのトイレはシミだらけでスリッパもないので、気持ち悪かったです。
お風呂は温泉のせいかわかりませんが、ゴミのようなのがたくさん浮いていて、気持ち悪かったです

各部屋が十分に広かったこと。wifiや大型テレビなどの娯楽設備が充実していたこと
施設全体が古いことから、階段の軋み、風呂の故障、トイレ詰まりなど、生理的な欠点が見受けられた。
