Our state was excellent!!! The hospitality was warm and welcoming., the dinner and breakfast served in our room was fantastic and we enjoyed the Tatami style. We enjoyed the onsets, especially the two private ones. Everything felt so authentic it was exactly what we were hoping for.

Dinner and breakfast were fresh and delicious! There were many parts of it that we got to try and experience which was a lot of fun.
The private onsen in our room and the one that is available to use was super relaxing and soothing after a long day of travel. The room was spacious and very cozy as well.

This place was a dream after a busy few days in Tokyo. The onsens (private and public) were serene, the property and rooms are beautiful, and the service was impeccable.

The most amazing staff who has shown us nothing but the ultimate kindness and courtesy. The place is breathtaking the beautiful and it is one of those places you never want to leave. The rooms were stunning; clean and truly offers relaxation to the absolute Max. I did not want to leave and miss these people already.
