Beautiful property in a good location in Hakone.
There were a lot of facilities which we were unable to use as you have to pay extra (sauna, private baths, kitchen, games room) which was a shame. They were quite expensive to use too so it made it unaffordable.

Établissement propre et calme. Les chambres de types japonaises sont très agréables. Même si tout est automatisé, l’établissement reste très réactif et disponible en cas de demandes. L’emplacement est bien situé, plusieurs transports en commun à proximité (attention au fait que les chemins d’accès depuis la gare sont très pentus, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé).

Brand new.. extremely clean .. nice onsen
Too small for a family of 4. It wasn’t mentioned that the dining room has to be converted into a bedroom . Also everything was on chargeable basis . All the facilities like kitchenette, utensils etc . When you book it in a town like hakone where everything is shut down at 6, you need a kitchen to cook especially with kids. Also it was mentioned Mountain View whereas there was no view. There was a construction going on in front of the room and that was our view. Nobody at the property to interact with in case there was any issue .
