My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was fantastic and the attention to all of the little details was just wonderful. Plus, the welcome tray with the San Pellegrino and snacks was so thoughtful! It wasn't warm enough for the beach, but the location with the beach right out the door would be awesome in the warmer weather. Also, the elevator up to the condo was a big plus, although it stopped working a few times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again...highly recommend!

Had a wonderful week in Amelia. The locker on the bottom floor with chairs, umbrellas, etc. made all the difference in the world. Only comment is the outdoor grilling area lights do not work.

This condo was one of the best VERBOS we have ever encountered. Very clean, well supplied, comfortably arranged. We were overwhelmed by comfortable bedding and the mega supply of fine linens/towels for all 6 adults who shared an 80th birthday celebration vacation. It offers a magnificent costal view as well as a charming decorated interior. What a pleasure to partake in. Once again, thanks so much to our amazing attentive host, Beverly!

What a perfect spot for relaxing with family. Quiet, plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds, beautiful view. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Property owner was excellent at answering questions and communicating.

Our family stayed here, 6 of us, and it was perfect! Everything was updated, and Beverly had thought of all the extras that were needed. It was beautiful, we enjoyed the sunrise each morning and the views each day. It was a great place for us all to stay and spread out and have our own space. Beverly was very responsive to any questions that we had. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time. Absolutely loved the condo- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- perfect for 6 ladies! Balcony looked out to ocean and pool was close by. Highly recommend this place

We visited Amelia island for my birthday, we had 5 ladies and a 6 month old baby. The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The beds were so comfortable! I loved having chairs and a beach wagon to use it made our trip much easier and more enjoyable since we had a baby in tow. Beverly was a wonderful host and responded quickly. We hope to stay here again next time.

This was our third year at this property. It is absolutely perfect for our family. It has plenty of room with everything you need provided. Beverly has thought of everything and is very helpful when I have questions.The beach is uncrowded and pristine. The pool is large with plenty of seating. The storage closet for beach storage helped keep everything tidy and secure with out tracking sand inside. Perfect!

Three couples stayed in this beautiful condo and it was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and each couple had thier own bedroom. The beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy. Several updates have been made since the pictures. The condo is very tastefully decorated and was not cluttered. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect condo for a family vacation. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had every amenity you could possibly need. Beverly was very quick to respond to any questions we had, gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities on the Island! We didn’t want to leave!

This was the perfect choice for 3 couples, as each bedroom had a bathroom. Lovely decor and amenities as described. Good directions and parking, entry instructions from owner. Cleaners still there at arrival time ( no way to get earlier checkin) and some items left undone. (Dishwasher not emptied, beach towels still in dryer. ) ocean view beautiful and pool area convenient. Overall a great reunion! Thanks

We absolutely loved Beverly’s property! It was exactly as listed and she was wonderful to work with. The view of the sunrise was amazing every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were plenty beach chairs and towels! She also made the checkout process super quick for those of us who have to leave early. Above all it was very clean! I’ve already booked for next year. I am so thankful to have found this place and for Beverly’s hospitality!

This was the perfect location for my friends and I for our Amelia trip. The condo is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything that you need. The view from the balcony is amazing, and we spent a number of nights drinking wine and eating cheese watching the sun go down over the ocean. Will book again.

We spent a long weekend at "Life is Good at the Beach", and it was simply perfect. Beverly has decorated this beautiful condo to sheer perfection, and has ensured that everything is in perfect order. The arrival process was quite simple, and the access from the elevator was flawless. Our view of the beach was magnificent from the well furnished deck, and the kitchen provided us with every amenity required to cook in when we weren't out enjoying the fantastic local restaurants. This property is truly a slice of heaven!
