The location and the price. It was available - it was difficult to find somewhere at short notice.
It did look very run down, but I think that is being addressed.
The wet room could benefit from a hook to hang your towel and maybe a rubber mat, as the floor was slippy when wet.
The bedroom would benefit from having a lamp and a larger table for the yea and coffee making facilities.

It was accessible to local bus/train station.
The room is good value for money .
Owner amazing! Very kind and welcoming
It was value for money however maybe a fridge to store food and cutlery would be good . However i can’t fault the guest house .

Staff very helpful and friendly
Seemed as though there wasn’t any hot water on day 3. Plenty of hot water the first 2 days
