The whole unit was very comfortable and clean. The check-in was very smooth, the lady was still up even though we arrived very late at night. Location was great and near the 24-hour McDonald. Extra-blankets were also provided as requested. Would definitely recommend this place as it is so comfortable and spacious especially for a family compared to a hotel/motel/inn room.
Perhaps a handrail at the wall would be good at the bath tub, safer to get in and out.

Warm, generally clean
There was black mould in the shower. The sealant needs to be replaced and cleaned behind. Not the first Villa we stayed in with this problem. The washing machine did not work at all, booked at Stonewood Villas so could have access to a machine. Had access it was broken and in need of repair/ replacement.

The apartment/townhouse is very spacious and it is reasonably quiet. The staff are friendly and were happy to help as we were a little later than expected with our check-in. It was very clean.
We were traveling in July (mid winter). The doona on the bed is very thin and there were no extra blankets in the cupboard. The air conditioning only blew cold air even with the setting on heat, and there was no other heating. There was no iron. the light in one of the bedrooms did not work and no tv remote in that bedroom either. No dustpan and brush. We reported all of these issues with the management. Iron was provided promptly (although very dirty), blankets and dustpan & brush were also provided. The air conditioning, light in bedroom and tv remote were not fixed while we were there. Understand if they were unable to get electricians to fix. We stayed 3 nights. There were a few other items, such as no oven trays, missing handle from kitchen cupboard etc but didn't bother me too much.
