The beautful building, interior, garden, plants.
There was no coffee machine in the dining room, we had to order a cup of coffee.

This is your honest and realistic review!
For a Hotel that charges £140+ p/day you expect better. When you enter in the car park you see an abandoned and very dirty Mini cooper typicall of dirtiness that you see in all city's in Sicily.
Entrance of hotel is very old and tacky.
Rooms are quite big but again , very old with a poor tv and remote is very sticky.
Toilets are same old from 30yrs ago, not even the toilet seat was changed as you can see the brown marks on it. Due to old A/C I was coughing all night because it was full of dust and was forced to sleep with window open.
Breakfast was soooo average and the Waiters where very grumpy, not even a simple Ciao. As it was very hot they weren't even providing water to the table and you as guest needed to go to a another side to grab water and to serve it in paper cups ..I mean if you provide hospitality and aspire to be a 4* hotel , at least have proper glasses and water at the table.
Clearly, it's an old Management with very old mentality, which lacks in Hospitality. So I suggest better to avoid it .
