Lovely stay

The staff -the front desk incharge was very helpful and professional too. He made sure to make our stay the best we could ask for . The house keeping department (a big shout out to their team ). The view is unbelievable and awesome . I sat with a cup of coffee at my villa deck and watched the sunrise .

fantastic villa's breathtaking views, close to bars, beach resturants

beautiful villas, we stayed in villa Tinggi and Villa Luar Biasa, both fantastic with amazing views, very spacious, small pools but enough to have a dip and a cool down. the staff although we never really needed their help, were very polite and always around if you needed someone, they were more than willing to help if needed. very close to bars and restaurants and beach, amazing place

nothing aqua Nusa was amazing but just a note that if you have trouble with steps, it is a 193 steps down to beach and 193 steps back up to the villa, so if you have any issues walking or knee problems, then this could be an issue but that is not Aqua Nusa fault, its just something to keep in mind

Aqua Nusa were great, they arranged our pick up from the ferry straight to our room. Our room was amazing, the view over the island really was breathtaking. Pool was great. Location was great, lots of stairs to get to some of the restaurants directly below or you could use the free shuttle service. Couldn't fault anything!

The Villa was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Short walk to all of the restaurants and cafes. The team organised a snorkeling tour for us and was great.

Gorgeous location and views, spectacular apartment

Amazing villa, secluded and huge space for 2 people to relax and unwind. Private pool is a hit, however the view is just spectacular. Staff over and behind and excellent with any help needed. Long stairs to get the hustle and bustle so take this in mind with booking

Party policy doesn’t exist even though rated 5 stars, next door had a very loud party that was supposedly fine to have as no policy. Disappointing due to the price per night

For sure the top notch location on Lembongan. The view is unbeatable.

You might have some noise from neighbouring AC units. Depending on how fully the spot is booked. I propose the hotel to exchange the AC units to quieter Inverter ACs.

The view is insane. The villa is decorated nicely. The staff at the villa reception is sweet.

Directions to find the property when you are coming from the upper road should be improved. The staff should pay attention to communication the day of arrival and be immediately available to provide directions.

We loved staying at Aqua Nusa. It was so spacious and comfortable - we loved waking up to the view from the cliff each morning. The location was so convenient to multiple great spots to eat and swim. It was all very easy.

Amazing villa with even more amazing views and super helpful staff.

The view and the privacy are amazing. Great for two couples as each as a completely private bedroom area with own bathroom.

Bumpy road in to the hotel entrance. Too high stairs from the beach side. A lot of lizards, insects and mosquitos Communicating with reception through what’s app only and most of the time no connection or late reply. The villa needs maintenance with very poor management, everyday there was an issue in the villa Asri - only hot water in the water dispenser - their IPTV device not connecting NETFLIX - last day there was no water at all and it took them 6 hours to fix it after wasting our time and spoiling our last day and the manager wasn’t present or answering the calls. - after they fixed the water it smells very bad it’s not worth the money we paid as the service wasn’t up to the level of what so called 5 stars luxury villas.

Amazing accommodation and experience

Friendly staff and great apartment/Villa. The staff, especially, Siolin, helped me to arrange transport, excursions, and a trip to the ATM. The shuttle was convenient to get down the hill to Ohanas on the beach which is its sister accommodation. We used this service frequently and as a reward enjoyed our time at ohanas beach resort. Everything about it was great.

Do not stay here

This was definitely the worst Accomidation in Bali. situated in the middle of nowhere, literally in the middle of a steep mountain. a place that doesn’t have food available to eat, staff that are not existing, an office that closes in the middle of the day. thousands of steps to get to, and thousands of steps to the closest cafe. do not stay here. we asked for a refund as soon as we got there and the manger (a British guy) was so not compassionate to our situation. we have a baby and could not do anything, stuck in this place. so over priced at $580 per night that gives you nothing but a comfortable pillow and an ok view.

A relaxing enjoyable stay, I was sad to leave.

The view was unbelievable, a truly beautiful villa! we enjoyed our stay tremendously! There were a lot of stairs to the beach but we were made aware of this AND if we weren’t high up we wouldn’t have the stunning view, so in my opinion the stairs were definitely worth it.

The staff are warm, helpful and service with a constant smile. We landed at noon without any tour booked. They were able to accommodate us and arrange for hotel staff,Saolin (who was on leave) to be our tour guide for the day on a short notice. Excellent service. The Hotel also plans for our 3 days itinerary around Nusa Lembongan, private snorkeling trip and Nusa Pineda. My family thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommended !

Good holiday fun with epic views.

view, cleanliness, transfers, staff. staff in particular were extremely helpful.

don’t accept Amex, payment processor machine for visa and Mastercard wouldn’t connect. ended up using Wise to bank transfer.

everything! the best accomodation I’ve ever experienced on the islands here. the room was absolutely stunning and modern still with the touches of the balinese.

if you stay in the sempura villa be aware you can hear every single movement from the above villa asri. you cannot sleep in which I really wanted as it sounded like the person above was stomping around and moving furniture, and one night was stomping around until 11pm when I was trying to get an early night in. up again stomping at 6:30am :( I am a light sleeper though so probably wouldn’t annoy someone that is a deeper sleeper

AMAZING!

We had the most incredible stay here. We scored a great last-minute deal and stayed for a night but wish we could've stayed longer! The view was absolutely incredible and the outdoor area/pool was just divine. Staff were so helpful and attentive and overall we all just had the best time. Thank you for having us, we will be back!

the view is magnificent, everything is close, the staff are so lovely and helpful day or night, they have a cold water filter and ice in the freezer, it’s even better than in the pics.
