The staff was amazing. They were helpful and went above and beyond.

The lady on reception stayed up later to accommodate us, that's greatly appreciated.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff went out of their way to be so welcoming. All the tiny details they jumped at making sure were perfect, an example I spilt coffee on my dress and the receptionist saw and rushed over with a dry stain remover and inn5 mins I had a clean dress again. They spoke English which is a big help when in a country and not able to speak the language without google translate. The breakfasts were amazing and the hotel manager always present to help. I would highly recommend staying here. Keep up the good work Rivalta Lifestyle Hotel and Spa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was great, can’t fault them.

The room was relatively ok size wise. Not a bad hotel but completely out of the range of 4 stars - which they claim to have. The breakfast is enough

The receptionist who was on duty after 8 o'clock was very unpolite. Checking his phone was more important than answering some small requests. No Pool, no restaurant We requested a room with a balcony, at the end we did get a view to the inner court and no balcony
