Super clean, strong wi-fi, fresh water cooler always available. In-room hot water kettle with instant coffee and Stevia included in the room. A block and a half from the beach. Friendly, helpful staff.
No breakfast included, so it's strange that it's called a Bed and Breakfast. Lots of neighborhood dogs that bark into the wee hours, but the hotel itself is quiet.

Comfortable room. Clean. Quiet street. Short walk to beach
Not a lively energy. Dark, silent entry area. There is a kitchen and nice little dining area but neither can be used. Signs posted around about what is prohibited give a little less welcoming vibe.

The room was really clean, the air con worked and the mosquito nets on the windows were intact.
The smell of damp everywhere else in the B&B.
The payment for the room had to be done in advance, not through booking.com but via PayPal or bank transfer. I managed to do it via PayPal but then got told on arrival that I hadn't paid enough. The man didn't speak English so I had to guess that the difference was maybe for taxes. Even though he was very polite and pleasant, it just felt quite run down and very damp throughout. We came away feeling quite sorry for him.
