Piacevole sorpresa !

Struttura ben organizzata, piscina pulita, camere ampie e pulite da cui si vede la piscina. All’interno della camera si trova tutto per un soggiorno confortevole, phon, televisione, asciugamani per la doccia e per la piscina . Il personale é molto gentile e attento, Alex il proprietario ci ha fatto sentire a casa ! Si mangia benissimo! Abbiamo mangiato un granchio davvero enorme a dodici euro ! Ci sono anche dei buoni vini. Si può giocare a biliardo, ci sono degli scacchi m, carte, un pianoforte e tante altre cose per poter passare una bellissima giornata in piscina . Grazie di tutto !

Great last night in the hot tub. And comfortable beds.

Great pool and nice staff. Very close to airport. They also have a hot tub for the last night in Sri Lanka.

They have some dogs so it smells a bit like dog in the reception area. I don’t minded but people can be sensitive for that.

J’ai passé une après-midi et nuit dans cet établissement avant mon vol dans la nuit et tout était parfait : c’est propre, confortable, l’extérieur avec piscine est superbe et le personnel est très chaleureux. Propose un service de taxi jusqu’à l’aéroport

Endroit confortable et au calme.

Le meilleur endroit ou j'ai sejourne au Sri Lanka. Endroit calme et confortable. Belle chambre ( bouilloir et the a disposition ),lampe de chevet, prises electique en grand nombre, belle salle de bain, beau jardin et tres agreable piscine et douche exterieur. Il y tout se dont on a besoin ( voir beaucoup plus ), seviette de bain tres propre, serviette piscine, draps propre et sec, climatisation, eau chaude dans la douche, recharge d'eau, seche cheveux, shampooing et gel douche ( tout ca est tres rare au Sri Lanka dans ce niveau de prix d'hebergement ) La dame qui s'occupe a merveille de cet endroit est tres gentille, le patron est sympa et arrangeant merci a eux. Pouvoir avoir les repas sur place. Tres bon prix vu la qualite du logement.

-prix des repas ( reste bon marche mais un peu cher si on compare au prix moyen du pays ). -prix du tuktuk pour l'aeroport ( idem reste bon marche mais cher si on compare au prix moyen d'une course dans le pays )

Good place to stay close to the airport

Nice pool. The hotel is close to the airport but without any bars or restaurants nearby. However, they offer bar service and meals to their guests. The staff helped me get a taxi late at night.

Lost the sole purpose of booking.

Only purpose of the booking was to stay 8 hours duration before flight, as the booking.com says free shuttle to airport. It was absolutely misleading. They don't offer a free shuttle. it is quite far from Town and no close by restaurants.

A beautiful place in Negombo

The value you get for the price is unbeatable. The garden, the pool, the billard, the equipments are all great. The room was spacious, comfy and clean. We had a minibar, a nice bathroom, a kettle. It was quiet at night. The food at the restaurant was nice. The owner although we didn't see him a lot was super nice !

Location is not close to the city center and there is nothing around the hotel. Very annoying to ask someone each time to enter or get out of the property (gate is always closed). The staff was nice but the elderly lady was very bossy and we didn't like her manners and tone.

Great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

A great place to relax before or after a long flight. The pool is small but fun, in a nice little garden, and the rooms, restaurant and pool area are very thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast and other meals were at cost, but well-prepared and with good value and variety.

Only complaint would be that the wifi was not working too well while we were there. But the staff made a real effort to fix it, and it got slightly better. Possibly an isolated incident and hardly affected our stay at all, but it could be important for some.

nothing really - the only thing to mention is that my room where I stayed (first room upstairs) you can hear quite a lot in the night. But nothing earplugs didn’t sort out. a really lovely place with a great host. I would def come back.

The staff were so polite the food and the 2 dogs although I am not a pet person but my wife is. Mini bar is good.

the fact that there was a jacuzzi at the hotel but for our stay it was out of action we booked because of this. we also did not go into the poll as we saw dog hairs in the water and I have allergies to this. Also we saw the dogs in the water drinking.

Amazing spacious lounge zone with clean pool. Friendly smart staff. Restaurant in the villa with a very tasty and quality food, various menu positions(good portion size and value of money). Rooms are very spacious and clean. A/C and WIFI works perfect.The owner is a very intelligent man, who understands his guest’s needs.

The lady taking care of the property is lovely. The food was delicious, the dinner was one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka.
