Happy to be back! Price is more than o.k.!Highly recommended!!

What can I tell! I was delighted, hospitality beyond expectations, price which is excellent! Happy to be back in future! They even have lights at the parking lot!

we rented this place from the booking page directly... we didn't see that check in is only until 20:00. when I saw it I called the phone number indicated in the booking to inform about the situation. the man who answered us ... said that there is no problem, as we live in the same house, you can call us when you arrive. at 20:45 a lady called and said that she was going to cancel the reservation as they only work until 20:00.

small and old flat... everything is broken and in bad condition... bathroom one person cannot move freely inside... looks like old grandma's furniture the lady who manages place very unfriendly and arrogant apart from from 5:30 in the morning the children of the other families started to play and make noise and everybody shouting loudly .. on the terrace that they sell that belongs to the flat with view so the view is very expensive if I have to sleep for only 2-3 hours. and the only time when you see the owner laughing is when I inform her about the noise ... thank god it was only for one night

Exceptional

I am so happy to visit again! I even had time to go for a swimming,even though I had to work! Fantastic brand new parking lot,just for the guests of Apartments Kiki,was so lovely surprise! There are lights at the parking! They even renowated whole house,and each apartment! Highly recommended! Be back again! Thank you for hospitality!

I like it a lot

Very nice owner, with good german. He give a lot of information about the Region. 5 minutes to the sea through a Shortcut by couple of stairs or by road 10 minutes. Very nice view of the sea in an quiet location.

Recommendation

I returned to the same accommodation again because I like the friendliness of the host and the arrangement of the apartment. Unfortunately, I didn't get an apartment with a sea view because they were busy, but the same is offered in the garden apartment as in the others. The apartment is clean and tidy, nicely decorated, has TV and wifi. My recommendation.

Perfect spot for vacation in Opatija

I liked everything! I read a little bit other reviews, and I was negatively stunned with bad comments about these Apartments! What I read in these lousy reviews, was not true what-so-ever! Cleanliness was fine, hosts as well, all the time on disposal! Parking place is near Apartments, and its free of charge.

Exceptional

The apartment exceeded all my expectations. It is beautifully decorated and has plenty of light. The beach is 200 meters from the apartment and the sea is clear. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. I'm sure I'll be back here again.

The rooms we had was cozy and nice. Have an air conditioning, small kitchen equipment with the equipment you needed, not far from the grocery store and the beach.

The internet was very limited and most of the time there were no connection. I used my own. limited parking place, but manageable.

Above expectations

I liked everything! I am so unhappy that I had to stay for business for one night only! Although, I went for swim on the beautiful beach only 200m from the Apartments Kiki! I would like to return for vacation!

Something that I can not comment, everything was superb!

OK to crash for a day or two, but definitely not suitable to stay and hang out for longer than that.

The apartment is located fairly close to the centre, 15 minutes walk. The street is quiet and there is enough room for parking, which is also free. Nice and friendly host.

Room has damp and stuffy smell, limited kitchen supply (the knife was completely blunt).

The views were lovely. The apartment was very nice and spacious. Lovely outside space. Free parking next to the property.

No oven. No tv in living room. Dirty toilet. Floors needed sweeping.
