The hotel is in a great location, very charming. Friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, nicely furnished, picturesque, with a balcony and a view of the sea. The spa complex is clean, warm, with all the necessary facilities. In front of the hotel is a beautiful large terrace ideal for sitting and drinking coffee with a view of the promenade and the sea. A large garage is nearby, even if you don't find parking in front of the hotel.

Classic and historical, the room was big and comfortable
The windows were old and when it rained it was leaking in and the carpet floor was next to the windows soaked

We received a warm welcome to the hotel. Note that there is no parking at the hotel so you need to find somewhere to set down and drop off your bags. The hotel have a car park a few hundred metres away. The charge is €30 per day, which appears to be the case throughout Opatija. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We also had a lovely sea view and balcony. The breakfast was fine, a good selection. The pool and wellness centre are a nice facility to have also. Overall we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. Would recommend.
