Classic and historical, the room was big and comfortable
The windows were old and when it rained it was leaking in and the carpet floor was next to the windows soaked

We received a warm welcome to the hotel. Note that there is no parking at the hotel so you need to find somewhere to set down and drop off your bags. The hotel have a car park a few hundred metres away. The charge is €30 per day, which appears to be the case throughout Opatija. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We also had a lovely sea view and balcony. The breakfast was fine, a good selection. The pool and wellness centre are a nice facility to have also. Overall we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. Would recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff, the clean and spacious room, and the reasonable price. I will gladly return and would highly recommend your hotel to others.
The only thing I found lacking was the cleanliness in the Turkish sauna, as there was a musty smell. There were also too few loungers, and the cushions on them were damp from previous guests, which felt quite unpleasant. Other than that, I have no further comments.
