The room was OK, clean and comfortable. The location is also great. Breakfast and dinner are OK.
The biggest problem with this hotel is parking. For the first night, I could only park on the street; I could only get parking from the second day. I suggest developing a strategy for that, as it causes inconvenience for guests.
The beach is not the best in Opatija. There is only sun until 16.30.
You cannot eat on the terrace as there are many pigeons there. It is very disturbing.

Beautiful hotel in fantastic location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and very good quality. Rooms very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend.

location good,downstairs is beach,fresh water because there is river down.So sea water mixed with cold water from river,temperature will not be very warm,but in very hot weather is good.one umbrella and two chairs are 25euros per day.breakfast and dinner are colorful,not very delicious but eatable.bed comfortable,and room clean,facing to sea.parking not free,22euros per day,but in opatija is normal,everywhere parking is not cheap even though public parking.valuble hotel,price is valubale.stuffs attitude are good and polite.
maybe air conditioner not so cold. Lift really not big and slow.Should wait for long,especially when everyone finished dinner from resturant,not easy to catch lift.

The night reception staff was very helpful and kind.
The air-conditioning unit in my room was the loudest one I have every come accross in a hotel room, I needed noise cancelling earphones to be able to fall asleep. There was a minibar in the room, but it was empty. Underneath the carpeting there were holes in the floor, which were a potential trip hazard for people with walking difficulties.
