Lovely old hotel in wonderful location. Beautiful views from balconies right on the waterfront, excellent breakfast.
Dreadful techno music from adjacent beach bar that penetrated both closed windows and top-rated earplugs until midnight.

We had a beautiful room on the first floor (that means one floor up from the lobby level) and a balcony overlooking the Adriatic. We stayed here because of the proximity to the private beach offered by Coliseum. We were very happy with our beach experience and our great location to all the attractions on Lungo Mare. The hotel is also affiliated with the Lungo Mare Restaurant which had a fantastic patio and great views of the sea as well as a reasonably priced first rate dinner. We would be happy to stay here again.
The room was pretty small and the patio was over the night life of The Colosseum. That said, the noise wasn't too bad with the window closed, but it was not non-existent either. It didn't really bother us because we loved the view so much but if that is going to be a problem for you, be advised.

Visited the resort many times , picked this hotel for good location on the beach front with access to indoor and outdoor pools Housekeeping excellent price paid room smaller than expected
Overall staff friendly
Hotel guests even with discount asked to pay for sunbeds on beach Breakfast buffet good cold selection hot options poor ,coffee lukewarm. Cleanliness around beach showers poor disinfectant would have helped. Sadly my complaint to hotel staff regarding jacuzzi being used as a play pool by under 5s also a family continued taking a baby in diaper into jacuzzi poor hygiene European rules are normally strict no under 5s in jacuzzi. I did not use the jacuzzi during my stay for the last days of my holiday
Sound proofing poor Coleseum Bar booming out loud music until 2am also had the misfortune of a screaming child for 3 nights in the next room so overall my sleep was poor quality.
