This was our second time staying at Navis. It is a beautiful edgy boutique hotel right on the Adriatic. Extremely well appointed, comfortable, onsite parking and offers an outstanding breakfast which is included. We requested suite 400 but it was not available our first night as another guest was occupying the suite and were not checking out until the next day. Enrico seamlessly coordinated our move from unit 100 to 400. We literally only had to pack our bags, which we really did not unpack knowing we were moving, and a porter was sent up to take care of our luggage. Great service and staff.

Lovely quiet area, great access to the sea. Good location to walk to local town , staff were excellent. Easy to get Sun beds and chill all day , perfect location and setting

I had a lovely stay here. The view from the room was amazing, breakfast is exceptional, there are a lot of options, anyone can find something for themselves. It is a very peaceful, quiet location, allowing you to sit on the balcony and just enjoy the view and the sounds of waves hitting the shore. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions before check-in, they were helpful during my stay etc, if you need any help with parking they will be happy to assist you. I also enjoyed the spa treatments (massage, facial). The restaurant is nice and the food was good. I had a great time, I was very relaxed at the end of my trip, and I would for sure come back – in pre-season.
For the price I paid in pre-season, I am very satisfied, however if I was paying full price during summer, the following would leave me disappointed considering it is a 5 star hotel:
No bottled water refills. You get one bottle when you check-in, and that's it.
The lunch and dinner menu are the same and it is very limited and on the expensive side. If there is an event happening, you won't be able to enjoy dinner in the restaurant, and it takes a while to get to the nearest food places.
Limited option of TV programs and most are not working, the TV is also on the smaller side.
The lighting in the room should be better, needs more smaller lights, the huge lamp near the desk is just in the way.
No toiletries, only mounted big shampoo and conditioner bottles.
If you are lounging by the pool, the staff doesn't come around to check if you might need anything, you have to go inside to order yourself.
The spa area is very small, if you enjoy the spa it might be crowded in the summer when they are fully booked.
The parking lot is really really steep, and the garage is small. I could park in there no issues with my car, however I noticed a lot of guests with SUVs and larger cars could not use the garage.
Only a bathtub is available, a walk-in shower would be nice, however it is a small bathroom so nowhere to fit it.
The pool is very small.
No full length mirror.
Personal touch is missing.

Location, sea water, heated pool, kitchen - dinners and lunches were great. Some staff members remembered us and showed they care.
Service was not for 5* hotel for this price.
You don't feel there as in boutique hotel (and we were in many boutique hotels before for similar or even less price).
The only boutique thing is the number of rooms - 50 - not so many people (which is good).
There is a whole list of small things which could be fixed in one day, which could improve experience to match 5* Boutique and make sure you want to return. Some examples:
- During 5 days stay at the beach no one came to us and offered a drink or service, not clear how to make an order, everyday bar worked at different hours
- No clarity about drinking water in the room - available only upon checkin or every day?
- Long waiting for menu
- Seems that the staff was not really interested to go for an extra mile, though we left tips every time
- Wi-fi logs out every 6 hours, why?
- Other small little details here and there
- Design in a room - blackout leaves open spots on side mirrors - you cannot really close it and make sure sun won't wake you up early
During checkout no-one bothered to ask how was our stay, we would have communicated then all mentioned above.
