Very nice spa hotel just in the beachfront of Maitencillo. For some reason in the coastal area in Chile there are not too many hotels, but this one did the work greatly. We went in September so it still was cold, but wasn't an issue since there was a heated pool (working until 22hrs) and the hot tub was included into the price. We also didn't have issues to find a parking slot since we were in low season. The restaurant within the hotel was quite decent too, nothing to complain about. I guess it can be a bit pricy for Chile standards, but it's a small hotel with spa so I can understand why.
I don't have anything important to complain about. Maybe I was missing better bread (no hallullas nor marraquetas available!) and avocado in the breakfast. The location is a bit far away from where the restaurants are and the beach front street is a bit too narrow to walk at times, but to be honest most customers to this hotel will be moving by car anyway (and the hotel itself has a restaurant to offer).

Location, possibility to park, clean room.
The breakfast was good but for 4* hotel (probably) O expect a little bit more. Staff was nice but after we finished breakfast and one day dinner as well it’s a bit of impolite to start moving the table to “gently” inform you to leave. Same after dinner (which was good) to ask us if we want anything else or not. I understand, they have to make their work, preparations etc but for me as a guest it’s annoying. Also contact with reception- they answered via Booking message very late and were sending us meaningless info that we didn’t pay in advance which was not true 🙄

lack of maintenance in the room, not good insulation, lack of coffee machine in the room, not good security at the main entrance, parking outside the facility , balcony dirty ( someone was eating chips before our stay)
