Beautiful apartment , clean, perfect location, the staff were helpful and friendly, texted me on the morning we arrived to advise of train cancellation and what to do. Perfect 🤩

We liked the location. Fabulous. The Cleanliness. The bed was super comnfortable. Air conditioning excellent.
Receptionist excellent. Very helpful.
The spiral staircase could be challenging to climb if elderly.
Carrying luggage upstairs is challenging.
The lack of sockets, specially USB charging sockets. These are a must these days and rooms should have them well placed.
The sofa bed downstairs.
The shower perhaps 5/10. Difficult to control temperature.

Great location, cleanliness,host communication. Bottled water in fridge was a nice gesture at arrival after sweltering heat.
AC in upper bedroom wasn’t functioning and other AC units in unit could not compensate. Transporting luggage and going up and down narrow circular stairs was a challenge to get to upper bedrooms.
