Looking forward to going back

Wow everything was amazing. The highlight was when Debra Stevenson surprised my daughter who turned 8 with a huge number 8 Balloon in our hotel room

The electricity kept on tripping whenever I plugged in my charger. The maintenance guy claimed my charger was faulty. However, it's working perfectly fine no issues here at home or anywhere else and the cleaning ladies refused to clean our room on the 2nd day.

The setting and hotel grounds facilities are exceptional. The unit is comfortable and great value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The security is of a high standard. the swimming pools and pool area are fantastic with amazing views of the Hawaan Forest.

The property is affected by load shedding which I didn't realise as I thought it would be on the hotel generator, which it is not. That impacted on my ability to work at night effectively when I needed to prepare for the next day.

This property was uncomfortably, unhygienic and the host Debra was not helpful at all!

Absolutely nothing!

The dirty unhygienic conditions of everything and you expect people to pay for this!

Awesome stay

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room

Phone was disconnected. DSTV is no longer exciting, please get Netflix and showmax. Previously when I visited breakers, waiters would serve me around the pool area, please reinstate that, it was awesome

the salon was really nice to have at the accommodation, staff moved us to a new room as our room toilet was leaking

food was not good and there were no halal options, also an upgrade on the facilities as it looked outdated

given my family experience, we will not be booking our future accommodations with beachbreak holidays letting again.

Receptionist were welcoming and Will to go an extra mile to assist.

No refresh towel were provided during our stay for our flat flat was full for ants and had to dispose the baby formula as ants were found inside the can. The nearby beaches were closed.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The grass and garden is well looked after and kids can play.

The sand pit is a hazard with electrical cables exposed so kids cant run around. The tumble dryer needed to be reset each time of use. I took my parents with and the room door lock was an issue.

Awesone Beautiful Stay

The place is soo beautiful, right in the hut of Umhlaga, one doesn't travel far to get necessities. The kids are kept busy and entertained allowing us parents to also get in some time to relax and enjoy ourselves. I will stay here everytime im in Durban, infact can this be francjised to other location please? .. We had booked two different locations just to get the feel of the places and have different experience but we cancelled the other accomodation on Day 1 of our stay and extended our stay here.. The stuff are sooo ready to help, yiu dont as much as ooen your own garden umbrella, always gete, always available.. Wowwwwww impressed and overly satisfied is an understatement.

The Rooms could d have portable lights for when load shedding hits. Maybe also have bicycles for daily rent, the place is soo beautiful one could just cycle into the City Centre while enjoying the scenery and saving on Fuel also getting in some needed exercise Also a convinience store that sells mostly non perishables would take this Resort to another level.It would mean in my casw check in Tues the 4th and out next Mon the 10th..Just....

Breakers home away from home

I loved the environment and family friendly facilities! The pool and deck just so relaxing and beautiful. The staff are amazing and so attentive. Just an overall great experience with beauty all around to enjoy.

The cleaners are sometimes very noisy in the hallway.
