While the property is great how a well maintained upscale hotel/ resort should be. But what truly matters to travellers such as me is the staff and how kind they are. And boy, did they impress!!
I had planned to surprise my long term girlfriend to marriage on Top of Hanoi or Pharaoh Bar!!
Nhi, back office staff at the hotel was very sweet and thrilled to accommodate my request!!
Mr. Huy San, the gentleman at reception is a gem of a person!! He is kind, he had been instrumental in co-ordinating with all the staff involved from reception, Top of Hanoi, Pharaoh bar.. He was more excited than I was, with my proposal!!
I have been to many countries, stayed at a lot of places, but never have I seen such caring and accommodating staff who would make you feel right at home!!
My fiancée always wanted a romantic quaint town in Europe to be proposed, but after our experience she was like ‘I am glad you did it here, in this hotel, the people here are sweethearts’ and they went so off their regular cadence to make it possible for us, something which is not possible in places like Europe or United States, who are by the book!!
I would come here again, maybe just for my Kind, sweet friend Mr. Huy San, lighting up the reception at Lotte, Hanoi

My stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. Warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit.
The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offered stunning panoramic views of Hanoi’s skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the spacious bathroom and high-end amenities added a real touch of luxury.
The hotel’s facilities are first-class.
What truly sets Lotte Hotel Hanoi apart is its attention to detail. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. Their hospitality transformed an already luxurious stay into a truly memorable one.
The location is also excellent, offering convenient access to many of Hanoi’s attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lotte Hotel Hanoi to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. It delivers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, world-class service, and unforgettable views. Easily one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in.
I would like the AC to be a little stronger, but it was a particularly hot few days.
