It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed very much

We didn't have the breakfast in the facility. We cooked ourselves.

The tour packages they offered for Ile aux benitiers is not good, very boring combinations for me. After watching Dolphins and fishes, we wasted our time to a remote island. No activities.

Unhygienic accommodation.

Upon booking the accommodation seemed acceptable. Misleading indeed.

No assistance with checkin! Soiled mattresses and worn mattress protectors. We attempted to discuss with the owners the situation but to no avail. A complete display of disrespect for clients. This certainly is not great advertising for Mauritian business owners, what a pity! A refund would have been great as we are now out of pocket and can not enjoy the activities we planned due to having to seek other accommodations at short notice.

Good facilities. Just what you need. Brilliant staff. The perfect balance: inconspicuous most of the time, but always there when you need something, and actually take care of what you need.

Mattress is getting a bit tired.

Self Catering in Mauritius

We liked the pool and patio ....we were on the ground floor in the middle. We feel the outside of the property could be upgraded and painted to be more appealing. The aircon was good and the wifi was great. The bedding looks worn especially the cover. They could modernise the rooms and paint them lighter....The utensils were adequate and crockery sufficient. Kettle toaster and microwave all.worked efficiently. It was also a long walk to.the beach..especially coming uphill after a hot day out. All.in all it was adequate and situated in a very quiet area.

Great location but needs maintenance.

Location is good as close to flic en flac beach.

Needs more maintenance and cleaning and pest control, showers drainage were blocked for both bathrooms. we made a complaint and only 1 was fixed,

Not bad but not up to par with other accommodations on the island for simular budget

The room is pretty decent and the host was quite nice. We decided to change hotel and she agreed to reimbourse us. The location is just 10-12mins walk from the beach.

They forgot to clean our room and we had to raise this issue. But then they do not clean one day if the week, etc... So in the end we stayed 3 nights and never saw the cleaning lady. The airco was only releasing air, but not cold air. We raised the issue and some came to check, but the problem was never fixed. The shower and bathroom in general were not in a decent condition. We needed to chase the host also for toilet paper. There is a terrace but not a single table or chair to sit, a pity. For a similar price or even less, we found better apartments in Mauritius.

Sufficiently nice accommodation

The apartment was large, spacious, the equipment was older, but functional. Cleaning on request perfect. About 15 minutes walk from the center of Flic en Flac. I recommend it for less demanding guests, the price is great.

Spacious kitchen with all needed equipment and nice balconies.

We did not get the room we booked, so probably because of this the room we got was not very well cleaned. I swept the floors myself upon arrival, as we felt more comfortable that way. No housekeeping also, so we ran out of toilet paper a couple of times during the stay.

Exceptional

Sha, the host was lovely and very accommodating. She even let us check out late with no charge as our flight was in the evening. The apartment was immacculately clean and very modern. The terrace was fantastic with views of the sea, a lovely area to relax in furnished with modern furniture. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The only feature I would improve is providing a hand rail on the stairs.

it was very pleasant and very sad to leave. had a great time and was able to relax and it’s the perfect getaway.

the fridge was not working properly and one of the bedroom’s air conditioner was not working.

A very well run establishment. The host, Sha was very helpful and did everything to ensure that I was comfortable. The accommodation was neat, clean and well equipped. Would recommend this as a real value for money stay.

Comfortable and clean Great owners/managers always checked on us to make sure we are okay Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle

A little walk away from the main road Bathroom slightly old but everything was neat and clean Would be great to have some tea/coffee sachets as kitchen is equipped
