The breakfast was nice and staff was polite. Clara was amazing, spoke English perfectly and was very helpful. There is a good bakery next door.
The hotel was fully booked and there were long queues for lifts.

The staff was friendly, the location was good, and the cleaning service was excellent.
The hotel was crowded, and as friendly as the staff was, they struggled to keep up with breakfast and room requests. The parking lot was full one day. The elevators took ages, and I needed to use the stairs often to go to the garage or reception.
