The staff were very helpful and communicated well. The housekeeper Sonia did a great job of cleaning the room.
Several panes of glass in the windows were cracked and broken. Most disappointing was not having hot water for showering.

Comfortable bed, the variety of coffee, tea supplied.
A kettle you could carry to sink to fill without the lead as well. Sparkling water supplied unfortunately not sparkling. Checking of batteries in remotes.

Staff, location and ambiance were excellent. Food, dinner on first night and breakfast were both good.
Very poor WiFi. In this day and age there is no excuse for slow WiFi. The bar ran out of beer on both Friday and Saturday. I mean real ale, not keg beers. The hotel is looking a bit tired and walls in hall area had holes in them.
