Hotel is fine but can be better

The hotel team are very respectful and kind. Beds are comfortable and rooms clean.

The hotel is losing its prestige, the breakfast is not what it once was when the hotel was Eastin Yama, the variety of guest countries of origin is also very poor ( 90% Russia), this is our third time at the hotel and we have experienced the decline of a hotel that we appreciated very much. The workers, as always, are very helpful and respectful, thank you for your service and we wish you the best.

Bon hôtel très difficile d’accès

L’hôtel est récent, propre, bien agencé. La piscine est bien ainsi que les chambres avec Wc séparé et belle salle de bain (douche et baignoire).

Le ménage, fait tous les jours laissait à désirer. Sol non nettoyé plusieurs jours, serviettes de toilettes non changées de temps en temps. L’emplacement avec une jolie vue est particulièrement dangereux pour l’accès qui nous oblige à traverser une route très passagère à deux fois deux voies, sans feu ni signalisation.

Very enjoyable stay, wish we had booked for longer!

Loved the pool area, great vibe music playing all day at a nice volume. We stayed on floor 2 and our room had a cute little balcony with a mini pool (up to your calves) which was a nice touch! Rainfall shower head and bath with separate toilet. All the nice touches of shampoo/shower gel, robes, flip flops, wardrobe with handging space and safe. The bed was comfy and we got fresh towels every day. Cocktails reasonably priced and bar staff helpful and friendly. Great view from pool. Lovely lobby with lots of comfy seating. Free parking. Lobby staff were very friendly, warm and smiley and most spoke English very well so communication was easy.

The food was quite average, fine enough if you're hungry but more enjoyable to eat out

Perfect stay for family

Amazing room with direct pool access. We did not request this room but had asked for an extra bed for our child and this was the room we were given room 116. It was lovely, clean, lots of space for luggage and many extras. The pool being open until 9pm was a nice surprise as was the shared warm jacuzzi! Drinks lovely as was the food. Staff super helpful with taxis, as the location is a bit out if the way. Everything perfect thank you!

A gem!

The rooms and facilities were exactly as the website showed and had everything I was hoping for.

A little more information and guidance about excursions would have been helpful. But Otto and his taxi was on the doorstep!

The friendly staff, ambience of the property, fantastic rooms and view, really comfortable bed, shuttle bus into the beach.

A bit more variety for breakfast, they only have black tea, no green tea or herbal teas, also a variety of bread rather than just white bread - wholemeal or wholegrain as well would be great.

Love pool room urethra and comfortable. Several English channels on tv which was great

Unfortunately it is a fair distance from beach and restaurants. Would be really great if they offered a cheaper taxi to and from. Their shuttle to beach is very good but maybe offer more times if requested by guests

Very good

The Pool was great, the kids played in it non stop. Staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. Breakfast was good and even hired Scooter out from reception area.

Just the location , it was away from a lot of areas but it was still ok in end. Maybe the breakfast menu could add a bit more options to cater for more.

Nothing. Extremely unsafe. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE!!!

The property is extremely unsecure, our room was robbed of $500 American dollars, global entry card, and the property manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to accommodate our loss. Disgusting way to provide customer service. After getting brushed off at the police station we chalked up our visit to this disgusting establishment as a very sad loss. I would advise anyone visiting phuket to stay FAR away from this place. They steal, lie, and have zero interest in being honest to their visitors. That also goes for the police. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON ANOTHER HOTEL THAT WILL KEEP YOU AND YOUR BELONGINGS SAFE.

I did not have wifi.I came to work but it turned out wifi did not work at all (I spent there whole month) .If you want to go to the beach you need to go 40 minutes on foot where is no pavement,it was very dangerous,cars and motorcycles could literallly kill you and you family ,the main street was extremely busy

the hotel nice , the staff nice But they don't speak English well,the lobby very hot u can’t set there

the swimming pool its very nice my room the entire to the pool

They delayed me to receive the room for about two hours when check out ,they did not allow me an extra hour or less than an hour The hotel is far from the beach
