Wonderful host who met us at the car and helped us with our bags to the little house. We loved it....having stayed in fancy hotels a lot during this trip it was lovely to have a wee house of our own. The beds were comfortable, great pillows too.... We walked to the family beach restaurant for breakfast each day which was excellent. Would stay again for sure. Best to have a car on Mykonos as so much to see and do...
We had to leave!!! We didn't want to!!. Really nothing bad to say about the place maybe only that big suitcases on the stones to reach the house but hey that is not a complaint at all.

A beautiful house on the coast, with a very nice view to the beach and the yachts! The yard was great for morning coffee and peaceful for late night talks. Very quiet and private with a jacuzzi and sun beds. Inside is so cozy and warm, the big bedroom has a big door with the view to the sunrise and the other coast of the golf! I recommend it and we will come back for sure!

Property was clean and had a beautiful sea view and was very close to the beach
The biggest issue was the extreme nighttime noise. On several nights, loud music from the nearby beach clubs continued until around 4 a.m. and could be clearly heard inside the villa, making it extremely difficult to sleep. For a property presented as suitable for a family stay, this was very disappointing.
The noise was also significant during the day. There are three different beach clubs nearby, each playing its own music, so from the terrace we could hear three different types of music at the same time. This made it difficult to relax or even have a normal conversation without constant noise in the background.
Considering the property is called “Luxury Sea House Villa,” we have a different understanding of luxury. It is a decent and pleasant accommodation, but we would not consider the overall experience luxury. In such a noisy location, we would expect accommodation positioned as luxury to have properly sealed, sound-insulating windows, allowing guests to at least enjoy peace inside the property.
The location may suit guests specifically looking for the Mykonos beach-club and party atmosphere yet not for family holiday
