Hotel was very clean and they provided cleaning and new bottles of water every day.
I didn't understand why it was this good for cheap. Later I understand: it is in the prostitution area....like the neighborhood doesn't seem very safe during the night (is is during the day). Would only recommend for men or couples. Not for single female travelers.

The room was spacious and decorated to a high standard. The balcony was a nice size to sit out or even exercise on. It was clean and their was a nice living roof on the top of the building.
The one thing that let the place down was the air conditioning. It was 36°c the day we stayed and the first room we were put in the air con couldn't cope. We waited 1 hour before complaining just to see if it took time to work. It moved from 29°c to 28°c in that time and didn't get any lower. We relocated to the adjacent building (11 Reasons) as we were told the air con was newer. It still wasn't great in the room but strangely the corridor was like an icebox.
We ordered breakfast for convenience as we had to get to the airport. It's brought in from a local cafe, this was hit and miss. One breakfast was lovely the other not good. Better to make the effort and pick a cafe yourself given it's not cooked on site.
Nothing against the hotel itself but the area it is in isn't the best location. It's a 10 minute walk from the busier part of the centre and there is a lot of homelessness in the area.
