Self-catering hotel apartment, spacious, good location. Comfortable beds and clean linen. All essential facilities & equipment available.
Lounge furniture not very comfortable and inadequate for evenings in with four adults & two young children. White painted woodwork poor in places - peeling on edges, especially in bathroom. Would have preferred to have second bathroom (or en suite toilet).

Very spacious apartment! Huge living room, separate rooms for sleeping. Just was tricky with parking. I was looking with parking it sad that there is but we have find by out self 🙂
Sound from night, but it’s centrum of Copenhagen it can’t be different.

I had already shared my requests regarding cleanliness when I made the reservation. I can see that some of these points were addressed, and I appreciate that, thank you.
However, the overall cleanliness was still not at the level we expected. For accommodation at this price range, we would have expected a much more meticulous standard of cleaning. For example, the areas under the beds were extremely dusty.
During our stay, we requested an additional cleaning service at an extra cost, and your team assisted us promptly, which we also greatly appreciated.
Nevertheless, I believe that the overall cleaning standards still need some improvement.
