Very close to the beach. Bright and airy. Lots of land to play garden games with the kids on. Easy walk to the village
Bit of noise from downstairs neighbours, and some rubbish from other holiday homes in the stairwell (obvs not the fault of Sykes Holiday Cottages)

The accommodation was very modern and well equipped. With everything you could need for your stay. Cleaning products had been left as well as Wasing capsules for the washing machine and dish washer. Especially loved watching the wild rabbits running around outside
The bathroom mirror was a bit rusty and could do with updating. The floor at the entrance to the apartment needs looking at before someone falls over it. The apartment was very quiet except on a couple of occasions we had noisy neighbours playing music very loud in their apartment.

The location was perfect. A couple of minutes walk to the sea and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the amenities. The apartment had everything you could want, comfy beds, large rooms with a view from the bedroom windows overlooking a campsite and countryside.
The apartment was a bit tired in places and smelt musty. Some of the windows were a bit awkward to open because the frames were rotten. We hadn't read all the information in the book which was our fault, so didn't have any hot water for showers. We realised afterwards

We did not feel very holiday mode due to the apartment being part of private residence. we were also led to believe that the beach was a lot closer.
