The decor was beautiful, warm and cosy. Would definitely return.
The toilet downstairs didn’t flush properly and the wood burner did not kick out much heat but thats literally it.

Perfect location for Ashbourne and Peak District. Deceptively spacious. Comfy sofas and beds.

Great location with lots of room in the house. The house was decorated very nicely to reflect the historic nature of the area and really comfortable.
Parking was a faff as it is either 2 hours free and no return within an hour (Traffic Warden patrolled regularly) of find a space on an unadapted road at the bottom of the lane. It’s only an issue between 1100 and 1600 and no issue at all if you are away for the day and take the car.

We loved the decor and the location and the mattress in the pink bedroom was super comfy would love to k ow what the mattress was. I have a bad back and normally suffer sleeping in other beds but slept comfortably here.
No parking, Wi-Fi slow and couldn’t find any scissors in the kitchen
